Documentation about the solicitation of proxies promoted by Generali - Update

Milan – Pursuant to current legislation, Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. ("Generali") informs that the updated prospectus – relevant to art. 136 of the Consob's Issuers Regulation – about the solicitation of proxies promoted by Generali in view of the convened ordinary and extraordinary sessions of the Shareholders' Meeting, to be held in Trieste on 27th and 29th April 2022, is available to the public on the Company's website.
