SAIPEM: Assemblea Speciale degli Azionisti di Risparmio 17 maggio 2022– presentata candidatura per nomina quale Rappresentante Comune della categoria
San Donato Milanese (MI), 29 aprile 2022 – Saipem rende noto che l'azionista di risparmio Dott. Roberto Ramorini ha presentato la propria candidatura alla carica di Rappresentante Comune dei titolari di azioni di risparmio, in vista dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti di Risparmio Saipem SpA, che si terrà il 17 maggio 2022, in unica convocazione.
Lo stesso azionista di risparmio ha altresì proposto un compenso annuo lordo di euro 15.000 per la carica.
Le proposte formulate, il curriculum vitae del candidato e la sua dichiarazione di accettazione sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede della Società, presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della società www.saipem.com nella sezione "Assemblea degli Azionisti – Assemblea Speciale Azionisti di Risparmio 2022", presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A., www.borsaitaliana.it e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" .
I nuovi moduli di delega e delega/subdelega aggiornati, per tenere conto delle suddette proposte, saranno disponibili sul sito internet della società www.saipem.com nella sezione "Assemblea degli Azionisti – Assemblea Speciale Azionisti di Risparmio 2022" entro il 4 maggio 2022.

SAIPEM: Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders – Nomination for the appointment of the Common Representative of Savings Shareholders
San Donato Milanese (Italy), April 29, 2022 – Saipem informs that Roberto Ramorini, Savings Shareholder, presented his candidacy for the position of Common Representative of Savings Shareholders, in view of the Special Meeting of Savings Shares of Saipem SpA, which will be held on May 17, 2022, single call.
The same Savings Shareholder also proposed a gross annual fee of €15,000 for the office.
The proposals, the candidate's curriculum vitae and his declaration of acceptance are available to the public at the Company's headquarters, on Saipem website (at www.saipem.com under the section "Shareholders' Meeting – Special Shareholders' Meeting of Savings Shares 2022"), at www.borsaitaliana.it and on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage" ().
The new proxy and proxy/sub-proxy forms, updated to take into account of the above-mentioned proposals, will be available on Saipem website under the section "Shareholders' Meeting – Special Shareholders' Meeting of Savings Shares 2022", by May 4, 2022.
