POSTE ITALIANE: REPORT ON THE REMUNERATION POLICY AND ON THE AMOUNTS PAID AND THE CONNECTED EXPLANATORY REPORTS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, 29 April 2022 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. ("Poste Italiane") informs that the explanatory reports on the fifth item ("Report on the 2022 remuneration policy") and on the sixth item ("Report on amounts paid in the year 2021") of the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Poste Italiane – that will take place on 27 May 2022 on single call – are available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's internet website (www.posteitaliane.it, section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting/Shareholders' Meeting 2022/Documentation and reports), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

The same "Report on the 2022 remuneration policy and on the amounts paid in 2021" – prepared in accordance to article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, no. 58 – is also available to the public in the same manner described above.

The documentation may be consulted at the registered office only if so permitted by applicable regulations.
