Pisa, 2 nd May 2022 – PharmaNutra S.p.A. (MTA; Ticker PHN) informs that the Synthetic Report on voting results on agenda items of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 27 April 2022 is available on the website at www.pharmanutra.it (section Governance/Shareholders' Meetings).
