Milan, May 6, 2022 - Further to the press release issued on April 7, 2022, we herewith inform that the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of April 7, 2022 relating, inter alia, to the approval of the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association, subject to the authorization of the Supervisory Authority issued on March 31, 2022, were recorded on May 3, 2022 in the competent Register of Companies of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 2436 of the Italian Civil Code.

Therefore, as of today they are therefore available to the public at the registered office, on the website of Banco BPM www.gruppo.bancobpm.it (Corporate Governance section) as well as at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism , in accordance with the terms and procedures provided for by current regulations:

• the Articles of Association of Banco BPM as amended by the afore-mentioned Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of April 7, 2022;
• the minutes of the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 7 April 2022.
