MONDO TV a fianco di Tile e Digitalcomoedia per la produzione dei primi 26 episodi di Lola on Board

La parte realizzativa dell'animazione sarà affidata al coproduttore Toonz Station

La distribuzione affidata a Mondo TV nel mondo, ad eccezione di alcuni paesi asiatici che saranno distribuiti da Toonz Station

Nuovo progetto di alta qualità che va ad arricchire il catalogo di prodotti distribuiti della Mondo TV a fronte di un investimento contenuto

11 maggio 2022 – Mondo TV informa di aver raggiunto un'intesa preliminare con Tile S.r.l. e Digitalcomoedia S.r.l. entrambe aventi sede a Napoli, Italia, per la produzione dei primi 26 episodi da 7 minuti ciascuno della serie basata sulla property "Lola on Board" (https://www.uanema.com/lola-on-board/). Uanema è un brand di Tile e Digitalcomoedia che propone soluzioni Entertainment innovative.

Tra i coproduttori appare anche Toonz Station, studio avente sede a Mumbai e Bangalore (https://www.toonzstation.com/) in India, una casa di produzione che serve prodotti in 2D, 3D VFX e Gaming e che si occuperà di layout, animazione 3D e del rendering finale.

Ciascun produttore si farà carico dell'investimento per la propria quota parte di lavorazioni: Mondo Tv acquisirà pertanto una quota minoritaria ma pur sempre del 20% dei diritti di copyright della serie e si occuperà della distribuzione in tutto il mondo (ad eccezione di alcuni territori asiatici nei quali la distribuzione sarà affidata a Toonz Station) per dieci anni sia dei diritti audiovisivi e media che dei diritti licensing e merchandising, a fronte di una commissione come distributore.

Lola on Board è un progetto di alta qualità che andrà ad arricchire il catalogo di prodotti distribuiti dalla Mondo TV, a fronte di un investimento contenuto grazie alla ripartizione dei ruoli tra le parti.

Toonz Station joins the project as co-producer by supplying the animation of the Show

The distribution will be entrusted to Mondo TV in the world, with the exception of some Asian countries which will be distributed by Toonz Station

New high-quality project that enriches Mondo TV's catalog of distributed products against a moderate investment

11 May 2022 - Mondo TV informs that it has reached a preliminary agreement with Tile S.r.l. and Digitalcomoedia S.r.l. both based in Naples, Italy, for the production of the first 26 episodes of 7 minutes each of the series based on the property "Lola on Board" (https://www.uanema.com/lola-on-board/). Uanema is a Tile and Digitalcomoedia Brand that offers innovative Entertainment solutions.

Among the co-producers also appears Toonzstation Pvt Ltd (https://www.toonzstation.com/) located at Mumbai & Bangalore - India a full fledged Production House catering to 2D ,3D ,VFX & Gaming, which will mainly take care of layout, 3D animation and rendering of the show.

Each producer will be responsible for the investment for its own share of works: Mondo TV will therefore acquire a minority share but still 20% of the copyright of the series. Furthermore, it will handle, against a commission as distributor and for ten years, the worldwide distribution (with the exception of some Asian countries, in which the distribution rights will be entrusted to Toonz Station) of both audiovisual/media and licensing/merchandising rights.

Lola on Board is a high-quality project that will enrich the catalog of products distributed by Mondo TV, in front of a moderate investment thanks to the subdivisions of roles between the various parties.
