Publication of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting minutes and of the updated Company by Laws

Registration in the Company Register of the resolution to cancel 516,706 own shares in the portfolio with no reduction of share capital

Vimercate (MB), 12 May 2022 - Esprinet informs that the minutes of the resolutions adopted during the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 14 April 2022 and updated Company By Laws are available to the public at the Company headquarter and at the eMarket Storage system on the internet address . The documents are also available on the internet site www.esprinet.com.

The Company also informs that the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the cancellation of no. 516,706 own shares in the portfolio, with no reduction of share capital, was registered in the Company Register of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi on 10 May 2022.
