Saipem: pubblicate le risposte alle domande degli azionisti per l'Assemblea del 17 maggio 2022
San Donato Milanese (MI), 12 maggio 2022 – In relazione alla prossima Assemblea Ordinaria degli azionisti del 17 maggio 2022, per la quale è prevista la partecipazione esclusivamente per il tramite del Rappresentante Designato, Studio Legale Trevisan & Associati, Saipem comunica che le risposte alle domande, fatte pervenire dagli azionisti entro il termine del 6 maggio 2022, sono disponibili sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo: www.saipem.com "Assemblea degli Azionisti – Assemblea Ordinaria 2022".
