Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 09 May – 13 May 2022

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 16 May 2022

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 09 May and 13 May 2022 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20April 2021(previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 8,400 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.026% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.7573 per share, for a total of Euro 14,761.65.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Marketin the period between 09 May and 13 May 2022 are enclosed.
