Saipem: Raggruppamento azioni ordinarie – valorizzazione delle frazioni
San Donato Milanese (MI), 23 maggio 2022 – Saipem S.p.A. ("Saipem" o la "Società") rende noto che in data odierna si è proceduto, in esecuzione della deliberazione assunta dall'assemblea straordinaria di Saipem del 17 maggio 2022, al raggruppamento delle azioni ordinarie Saipem nel rapporto di n. 21 nuove azioni ordinarie ogni n. 100 azioni ordinarie.
Facendo seguito al comunicato stampa diffuso in data 18 maggio 2022, si comunica che il prezzo ufficiale delle azioni ordinarie della Società rilevato sull'Euronext Milan nella giornata del 20 maggio 2022 per valorizzare le frazioni generate dall'applicazione del rapporto di raggruppamento è pari a Euro 1,1022.

Saipem: Reverse Stock Split of ordinary shares – value of share fractions
San Donato Milanese (Italy), May 23, 2022 – Saipem S.p.A. ("Saipem" or the "Company") informs that, in execution of the resolution passed by Saipem Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on May 17, 2022, today it proceeded with the reverse stock split of Saipem ordinary shares, in the ratio of no. 21 new ordinary shares for every no. 100 ordinary shares.
Following the press release issued on May 18, 2022, Saipem informs that the official price of the Company's ordinary shares recorded on Euronext Milan on May 20, 2022, for the purposes of valuing the fractions generated by the application of the reverse stock split ratio, is equal to Euro 1.1022.
