Florence, May 25th 2022 – Notice is hereby given to Shareholders that the minutes of the Shareholders' meeting occurred on April 29th 2022 and the relevant updated by-laws are now available to the public at the company's registered office and on the authorized storage website and on the company web site www.elengroup.com respectively: the minutes of the meeting in section: ("Investor Relations / Governance / Shareholders' meeting documents / 2022 /Ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting April 29th, 2022 – May 3rd, 2022") and by-laws in section: ("Investor Relations / Governance / Bylaws and regulations").

Today notice of such availability has been published on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI".
