INTESA SANPAOLO: FILING NOTICE
Turin - Milan, 25 May 2022 – Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the minutes of both the ordinary and the extraordinary parts of the Intesa Sanpaolo Shareholders' Meeting, held on 29 April 2022, were made available today at the Company's Registered Office, on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com.
Please note that the European Central Bank has not yet issued the authorisations necessary to register the statutory change relating to the annulment of own shares in the Companies' register and be able to proceed with the associated purchase.
