PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Bologna, 25 May 2022

It is hereby announced that the Minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. held on 27 April 2022 are available to the public at the registered office, on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage () and on the Company's website www.unipolsai.com (under the section Governance/Shareholders' Meetings/2022/Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 27 April 2022).

UnipolSai Assicurazioni

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. is the insurance company of the Unipol Group, Italian leader in the Non-Life Business, in particular in the MV and Health businesses.
