RELATECH: CONSOLIDATED ORDER BACKLOG AS AT APRIL 30, 2022 GROWING BY 87%, EQUAL TO EURO 20.1 MILLION

• Publication of the 2021 Sustainability Manifesto of the Relatech Group

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), announces that, today, the Company's Board of Directors has examined the order backlog as at 30 April 2022, data not subject to auditing.

Group orders at a consolidated level amounted to Euro 20.1 million, an increase of approximately 87% compared to Euro 10.7 million at 30 April 2021.

The share of orders deriving from foreign customers stands at 48% of the Group's backlog and is approximately Euro 9.6 million. Orders from new customers amounted to approximately Euro 2.6 million, accounting for 13% of the backlog.

Pasquale Lambardi, President and CEO of Relatech, declared: "We are satisfied with the results presented today, achieved through the synergistic teamwork of an increasingly cohesive Group of companies and with the common goal of positioning itself as a digital player of reference. nationwide. Despite the geopolitical turmoil and a complex market situation, the Group was able to expand the order book both through the considerable support of the newly acquired companies and through consistent internal growth. Interesting is the share of orders from international customers equal to approximately 48%, a significant figure for the Group which aims to extend its capillarity also abroad in the medium to long term and to increase the recurrence of revenues."

Today, the Company has also published the first 2021 ESG Manifesto of the Relatech Group, which defines and identifies the fundamental pillars on which the Group focuses most in terms of attention to the issues of the Environment, Sustainability and Governance of today and in the near future. The Manifesto represents the common vision of the sustainability principles that inspire the Relatech Group, which are the basis of the sustainability path that the Group started last year with the first publication of the 2020 ESG Report. The Document contributes, also to identify the main responsibilities that the Company assumes in this area and offers, in

summary, an alignment of the Group with the Sustainable Development Goals (or Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs) of the United Nations.
