Landi Renzo: Deposito del nuovo Statuto sociale

Si rende noto che il nuovo Statuto sociale di Landi Renzo S.p.A. approvato dall'Assemblea Straordinaria degli Azionisti del 29 aprile 2022 è a disposizione del pubblico presso la Sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società (www.landirenzogroup.com, sezione Investors) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" ().
Landi Renzo è leader mondiale nei settori della mobilità e delle infrastrutture per il gas naturale, biometano ed idrogeno. Il Gruppo si caratterizza per una capillare presenza a livello globale in oltre 50 Paesi, con una percentuale di vendite generata all'estero di quasi il 90%. Landi Renzo: Filing of the new Company Bylaws

The Company announces that the amended Bylaws of Landi Renzo S.p.A. approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 29, 2022 is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company website (www.landirenzogroup.com in the Investors section) and on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage" ().
