Reverse splitting of Tiscali shares in the ratio of 1 ordinary share for every 100 existing ordinary shares

Cagliari, June 6, 2022

Following the press release issued on May 31, 2022, Tiscali S.p.A. ("Tiscali" or the "Company"), a joint-stock company listed on Euronext Milan of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that today, in execution of the resolution approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Tiscali held on 26 April 2022, the Tiscali ordinary shares have been regrouped at a ratio of 1 new ordinary share for every 100 existing ordinary shares.

The Society also notifies that the official price of Tiscali's ordinary shares recorded on Euronext Milan on June 3, 2022 to value the fractions generated by the application of the regrouping ratio is Euro 0.011.
