MONDO TV: emessi 10 bond convertibili per un controvalore di Euro 2.500.000 relativi all'accordo di investimento con Atlas approvato dall'assemblea lo scorso 29 aprile 2022
13 giugno 2022 – Si comunica che in data odierna, a seguito della richiesta inviata dalla Mondo TV in data 29 aprile 2022 (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data) sono stati emessi ulteriori 10 Bond delle prima tranche di cui all'accordo di investimento tra la Mondo TV S.p.A. e Atlas Capital Markets approvato dall'assemblea della Mondo TV lo scorso 29 aprile 2022.
Si rammenta che la prima tranche ha ad oggetto 28 Bond, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 7.000.000. Atlas si è avvalsa della possibilità di suddividere il pagamento e pertanto in data odierna sono stati emessi 10 Bond per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 2.500.000, che vanno ad aggiungersi agli 8 Bond emessi in data 25 maggio 2022 (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data).
Si segnala che in base agli accordi presi, sono stati emessi anche 1.500.000 warrant che danno complessivamente diritto a sottoscrivere fino a n. 1.500.000 azioni Mondo TV al prezzo di Euro 1,875 per azione, per un valore complessivo massimo di Euro 2.812.500.

MONDO TV: 10 convertible bonds have been issued with a principal amount of Euro 2,500,000 under the investment agreement with Atlas approved by the shareholders' meeting on last 29 April 2022
13 June 2022 – Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that today, following the notice sent by Mondo on last 29 April 2022 (see press release on such date), 10 Bonds have been issued of the first tranche provided by the agreement entered into with Atlas Capital Markets and approved by Mondo TV's shareholders' meeting on 29 April 2022.
It is recalled that the first tranche relates to 28 convertible bonds for a principal amount of Euro 7,000,000. Atlas availed of the possibility to partially defer the payment, and thus today 10 convertible bonds have been issued for a principal amount of Euros 2,500,000, which followed the issuance of 8 bonds on last 25 May 2022 (see press release on such date).
Based on the current undertakings, 1,500,000 warrants have also been issued, which give the right to subscribe up to 1,500,000 Mondo TV shares at a price of Euros 1.875 per share, for a total maximum amount of Euros 2,812,500.
