Silla di Gaggio Montano (BO), June 14 2022- The Shareholders' Meeting call notice of Piquadro S.p.A. – scheduled on July 25th 2022, on first call, and failing it, on July 26th 2022, on second call, has been published today by the Company on the Company's website www.piquadro.com and on the authorized and on the authorized data storage facility eMarket STORAGE, accessible at , as well as, as abstract, on the newspaper "Il Giornale".

Piquadro S.p.A. also informs that, simultaneously with the publication of the call notice, all the relevant documentation, including the directors' reports and of the resolutions' proposals on the items on the agenda, are made available to the public, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website www.piquadro.com in the Investor Relations Section and on the authorized data storage facility eMarket STORAGE, accessible at .
