PRESS RELEASE

COMPLETION OF GACS SECURITISATION BY UNICREDIT FOR €1.1 BILLION

Rome, June 15th, 2022 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue", the "Company") announces that UniCredit has completed a securitisation of non-performing loans assisted by GACS guarantee for a value of €1.1 billion.

doValue and doNext have assumed the respective roles of special servicer and master servicer of the portfolio being disposed.

The transaction had already been mentioned by doValue in the context of the Q1 2022 results presented to the market on May 13th, 2022. In particular, approximately €500 million, out of the €1.1 billion, represent additional GBV for doValue as the remaining part was already under management by the Company.

The finalisation of the onboarding of the portfolio is expected by the end of Q3 2022.

The transaction confirms the undisputed leadership of doValue in the GACS securitisation segment, a segment in which doValue has been awarded more than €4 billion of new GBV in the last 12 months.
