INTESA SANPAOLO: FILING NOTICE
Turin - Milan, 22 June 2022 – Notice is hereby given that the minutes of Intesa Sanpaolo's Board of Directors' meeting of 21 June 2022 reporting the resolution with regard to the capital increases functional to implementing the 2022-2025 LECOIP 3.0 Long-term Incentive Plan based on financial instruments – exercising the powers granted at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 29 April 2022 – were made available today at the Company's Registered Office, on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com. This is in accordance with regulations in force.
