Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 20 June – 24 June 2022

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 27 June 2022

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 20 June and 24 June 2022 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2021 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 8,500 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.027% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.3923 per share, for a total of Euro 11,834.20.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 20 June and 24 June 2022 are enclosed.
