Amendment to the 2022 Corporate Events Calendar
Verona, 5 July, 2022 - Following the press release issued on 27 January 2022 regarding the calendar of Corporate Events for the financial year 2022 and in compliance with Article 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Banco BPM announces that, as resolved today by the Board of Directors, the Half-Year Financial Report 2022 will be submitted for approval at the Board meeting brought forward to 3 August 2022, instead of 4 August 2022 as originally scheduled.
