Milan, 11 July 2022. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH" or the "Company") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that as a partial modification of what is indicated in the financial calendar for the year 2022 released on 14 December 2021, the Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results 2Q2022 will take place on 7 September 2022 instead of 29 July 2022 and the Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results 3Q2022 will take place on 21 November 2022 instead of 15 November 2022.

DHH communicates the updated financial calendar

Milan, 11 July 2022. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH" or the "Company") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that as a partial modification of what is indicated in the financial calendar for the year 2022 released on 14 December 2021, the Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results 2Q2022 will take place on 7 September 2022 instead of 29 July 2022 and the Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results 3Q2022 will take place on 21 November 2022 instead of 15 November 2022.

The next dates of the updated financial calendar for 2022 are summarized below:

• 7 September 2022: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (2Q2022);
• 28 September 2022: Board of Directors meeting approving the six-monthly Financial Statements as at 30 June 2022, subject to limited review by the auditing firm;
• 21 November 2022: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (3Q2022).
