Modification of the Share Capital

Trieste - We hereby inform that the share capital of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, amounts now to € 1,586,833,696.00 due to the completion of the share capital increase, in execution of the co-investment share plan related to the 2019-2021 mandate for the Managing Director/Group CEO approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company on 30th April 2020.

The inscription of the document certifying such increase has been formally lodged on 14th July 2022 with the Venezia Giulia Company's Register.

Therefore, as illustrated in the following table, the above-mentioned capital is subdivided into 1,586,833,696 ordinary shares with no explicit par value.
