PUBLICATION OF THE KID RELATING THE OPTION RIGHTS

Cavriago (RE), July 15, 2022 - Landi Renzo S.p.A. ("Landi Renzo"), announces that, as of today, the Key Information Document (KID) concerning the option rights, drafted pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 1286/2014 and the relevant implementing regulation, is available on the website www.landirenzogroup.com, section Capital increase.
