Borsa Italiana notices the start of trading on Euronext STAR Milan of the ordinary shares and warrants of Net Insurance S.p.A.
First day of listing on Euronext STAR Milan on 1 August 2022
Rome, 28 July 2022 – following press releases issued respectively on 27 and 28 July 2022, Net Insurance S.p.A. (the "Company"), company with shares and warrants traded on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that on today's date Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Borsa Italiana") has ordered, as per notice no. 29887, the start of trading of the ordinary shares and warrants of Net Insurance S.p.A. on Euronext STAR Milan, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, on 1 August 2022 and their simultaneous withdrawal from trading on Euronext Growth Milan.
The Company is assisted by Banca Akros S.p.A. and EnVent Capital Markets Ltd. as Sponsor and by Banca Finnat S.p.A. as Specialised Advisor. Linklaters provided legal and tax advice, KPMG acted as auditors and Phoenix Capital provided nonaccounting advice.
