INFORMATIVA SU AZIONI PROPRIE
Firenze - 29 luglio 2022 - El.En. SpA, società leader nel mercato dei laser, quotata al Segmento Euronext Star Milan di Borsa Italiana, rende noto che la quota in natura del compenso annuale 2021 del direttore generale gli è stata corrisposta in data odierna mediante l'assegnazione di nr. 15.380 azioni delle 20.000 azioni detenute in portafoglio.
In data odierna la quantità residua di azioni proprie detenute è pari a 4.620 pari allo 0,0058% del capitale sociale.

REPORT ON TREASURY SHARES
Florence - July, 29 2022 - El.En. SpA, a leading company in the laser market, listed on the Euronext Star Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice that the portion of the 2021 annual remuneration of the general manager to be paid in kind was paid to him today by assigning 15.380 shares of the 20.000 shares held as treasury shares.
As of today, the residual quantity of treasury shares held is 4,620 equal to 0.0058% of the share capital.
