Milan – At a meeting today chaired by Andrea Sironi, the Assicurazioni Generali Board of Directors agreed on the integration of the Board Committees, which are formed as follows:
- Risk & Control Committee: Luisa Torchia (Chair), Marina Brogi, Umberto Malesci and Clemente Rebecchini.
- Remuneration & Human Resources Committee: Diva Moriani (Chair), Marina Brogi, Alessia Falsarone, Clara Furse and Lorenzo Pellicioli.
- Related Parties Transactions Committee: Flavio Cattaneo (Chair), Antonella Mei-Pochtler, Diva Moriani and Luisa Torchia.
- Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee: Andrea Sironi (Chair), Marina Brogi, Clara Furse, Diva Moriani and Luisa Torchia.
- Innovation and Sustainability Committee: Umberto Malesci (Chair), Alessia Falsarone, Stefano Marsaglia and Antonella Mei-Pochtler.
- Investment Committee: Antonella Mei-Pochtler (Chair), Flavio Cattaneo, Alessia Falsarone, Clara Furse, Lorenzo Pellicioli and Clemente Rebecchini.
