CONSOLIDATED HALF-YEAR REPORT

Rome, August 4th, 2022 – doValue S.p.A. informs that the Consolidated Half-Year Report at June 30th, 2022, approved on August 3rd, 2022, by the Board of Directors - together with the limited audit report on the condensed interim consolidated financial statements - is available to the public at the registered office in Verona, Viale dell'Agricoltura, 7, in the specific section of the Company's website (www.dovalue.it, Investor Relations / Financial Reports and Presentations section) as well as in the "eMarket Storage" storage mechanism and available on the website .
