Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 1 August – 5 August 2022

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 8 August 2022

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 1 August and 5 August 2022 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2021 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 7,200 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.023% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.3235 per share, for a total of Euro 9,529.49.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 1 August and 5 August 2022 are enclosed.
