NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AS AT 30 JUNE 2022

Milan, 9 August 2022 - It is hereby announced that the Generalfinance half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2022 was filed, in accordance with and within the terms of the law, at the registered office and sent to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and Consob. It is also available on the Company's website, www.generalfinance.it, in the Investor Relations - Financial Relations and Presentations section, as well as through the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage ().
