INTESA SANPAOLO: MOODY'S AFFIRMS THE BANK'S LONG-TERM RATING AND CHANGES OUTLOOK FROM STABLE TO NEGATIVE FOLLOWING SIMILAR ACTION ON ITALY'S OUTLOOK

Turin - Milan, 9 August 2022 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that Moody's has affirmed the Bank's 'Baa1' long-term senior preferred (unsecured) rating and changed its outlook from stable to negative.

The short-term rating is 'P-2'.

The outlook change follows a similar action on Italy's outlook, announced by Moody's on 5 August 2022.
