Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 15 August – 19 August 2022

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 22 August 2022

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 15 August and 19 August 2022 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2021 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 17,650 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.055% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.3061 per share, for a total of Euro 23,052.13.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 15 August and 22 August 2022 are enclosed.
