WEEKLY INFORMATION PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Milan, August 29 th 2022

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), communicates that, according to treasury share purchase program, in the period from 23rd August 2022 to 29 th August 2022, it has made the purchase of treasury shares as in the table below, pursuant to the authorization to purchase and to the disposal of treasury shares approved.

Therefore, as of the date of this press release, Relatech S.p.A. directly holds no. 869,677 treasury shares, equal to 2.03% of the share capital.

The purchases were made with the coordination of BPER Banca S.p.A., an intermediary entrusted with full independence and autonomy for the implementation of the buy-back program for own ordinary shares.

It should also be noted that, with reference to the press release of 22nd August 2022 about the weekly information purchase of treasury shares, in relation only to the purchase on 16th August 2022 the amount of the price is equal to Euro 2.35 instead of Euro 3.35 and therefore the equivalent amount is equal to Euro 3,693.38 instead of Euro 5,268.38.
