WEEKLY INFORMATION PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Milan, September 5 th 2022

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), communicates that, according to treasury share purchase program, in the period from 30th August 2022 to 5 th September 2022, it has made the purchase of treasury shares as in the table below, pursuant to the authorization to purchase and to the disposal of treasury shares approved.

Therefore, as of the date of this press release, Relatech S.p.A. directly holds no. 885,427 treasury shares, equal to 2.04% of the share capital.

The purchases were made with the coordination of BPER Banca S.p.A., an intermediary entrusted with full independence and autonomy for the implementation of the buy-back program for own ordinary shares.

The Company also announces the change in the resulting share capital following the free assignment to Dott. Silvio Cosoleto of n. 415,335 newly issued Relatech shares following the achievement of the objectives set by the plan "Stock Grant Plan 2020-2022", already approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 14 February 2020. The aforementioned shares assigned are newly issued shares in execution of the capital increase approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 14 February 2020 to serve the Plan itself. Therefore, at today's date the share capital is increased free of charge through the use of reserves for a total of Euro 4,153.35, from Euro 210,926.24 to Euro 215,079.59, equal to a total of No. 43,352,973 ordinary shares without a nominal value. The new composition of the share capital will be deposited and registered with the competent Register of Companies and the Company will notify the registration of the change in the share capital following the deposit certificate.
