ANNOUNCEMENT OF TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS

Bologna, 7 September 2022

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. ("UnipolSai" or the "Company") announces that on 1 August 2022 the voting rights were increased with respect to 2,308,756,982 ordinary shares in accordance with article 127-quinquies of the Consolidated Law on Finance, the provisions of the articles of association and the Regulations on shares with increased voting rights implemented by the Company on 25 June 2020 and available on its web site under the Investors/Shareholders/Shares with Increased Voting Rights section.

In accordance with article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis of the CONSOB Issuers' Regulation, the table below shows the data relating to the shares in issue and the number of voting rights comprising the UnipolSai share capital.
