INTESA SANPAOLO: FILING NOTICE
Turin - Milan, 13 September 2022 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the amended Articles of Association were made available today at the Company's Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com. The amended Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 12 September 2022 following the new composition of the Bank's share capital as a result of the annulment, on 7 September 2022, of own shares with no reduction in the Bank's share capital, which involved the own shares purchased in the period 1 August - 2 September 2022 in execution of the buyback programme which was disclosed to the market on 24 June 2022 and launched on 4 July 2022.
The Articles of Association amended to reflect the annulment of own shares, with no reduction in the share capital, purchased in the period 4 July - 29 July 2022 in execution of the abovementioned buyback programme had been registered in the Turin Company Register on 8 August 2022.
