RELATECH: NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL

Milan, 21st September 2022

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan (Ticker: RLT), announces the new composition of the share capital following the execution of the free capital increase approved by the shareholders' meeting on February 14, 2020. In particular, the capital was increased by Euro 4,153.35 by issuing no. 415,335 shares assigned to Dr. Silvio Cosoleto following the achievement of the objectives set by the "Stock Grant Plan 2020-2022" approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on February 14, 2020.

The following table shows the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) following the certificate of change in the capital deposited and registered with the competent Register of Companies of Milan, Monza, Brianza, Lodi.
