MODIFICA AL CALENDARIO FINANZIARIO PER IL 2022

(ai sensi dell'art. 2.6.2, comma 1 let. b) del Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana)

Uboldo, 22 settembre 2022 – Ad integrazione del calendario finanziario 2022 già reso noto, si informa che, a seguito dell'ammissione delle azioni ordinarie LU-VE al segmento Euronext STAR Milan, è fissata per il 14 novembre 2022 l'approvazione da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione del Resoconto Intermedio di Gestione Consolidato al 30 settembre 2022 e la relativa pubblicazione.

È confermata per il 13 ottobre 2022 la pubblicazione volontaria delle informazioni periodiche aggiuntive al 30.09.2022 relative al fatturato prodotti (includente il solo dato relativo ai ricavi derivanti dalla vendita dei prodotti, e non i ricavi diversi) e al portafoglio ordini, prevista dal calendario finanziario 2022 già reso noto.

AMENDMENT TO THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2022

(pursuant to Article 2.6.2, paragraph 1 let. b) of the Regulations of Markets Organized and managed by Borsa Italiana)

Uboldo, September 22, 2022 – In addition to the 2022 published Financial Calendar, LU-VE informs that, following admission of LU-VE ordinary shares to the Euronext STAR Milan segment, the Board of Directors' approval of the Consolidated Interim Management Report as of September 30, 2022 and its publication is set for November 14, 2022.

The voluntary publication of the additional periodic information as of September 30, 2022 on product sales (including only the figure for revenues from sales of products, and not other revenues) and order backlog is confirmed for October 13, 2022, as indicated in the published Financial Calendar 2022.
