Mondo TV chiude accordo con Warner Bros. Discovery per la terza stagione di Bread Barber Shop in onda su Frisbee

Si conferma l'efficacia della scelta strategica di distribuire programmi di alta qualità di terze parti

23 settembre 2022 – Dopo la vendita della prime due stagioni, Mondo TV annuncia di aver chiuso con Warner Bros. Discovery un accordo di licenza per l'Italia anche della terza stagione della serie animata Bread Barber Shop, prodotto dalla coreana Monster Studio e trasmesso in Italia con il titolo il Barbiere Pasticciere su Frisbee canale 44.

Come già avvenuto per le prime due stagioni, anche la terza stagione, che si caratterizza per l'alta qualità, è stata acquisita dalla Mondo TV ai fini della medesima vendita puntuale a Warner Bros. Discovery.

Con questo accordo si conferma l'efficacia della scelta strategica di distribuire programmi di alta qualità prodotti da terzi, secondo un modello che garantisce margini per la Società e in sostanza azzera il rischio di investimento, procedendosi alla finalizzazione dell'acquisto solo previa certezza della vendita a valle.

La licenza prevede l'acquisizione da parte di Warner Bros. Discovery dei diritti televisivi "free" e dei cosiddetti diritti di "catch-up".

Mondo TV closes agreement with Warner Bros. Discovery for the third season of Bread Barber Shop, aired on Frisbee

It is confirmed the efficacy of the strategic choice of distributing high quality programs, produced by third parties

September 23, 2022 – After the sales of the first two seasons, Mondo TV announced that it has executed a license agreement with Warner Bros. Discovery for Italy also for the third season of the animated series Bread Barber Shop, produced by the Korean Monster Studio, and exhibited in Italy on free-to-air channel Frisbee under the title Il Barbiere Pasticciere.

Same as with first two seasons, also the third season, which is characterized by high quality, was acquired by Mondo TV for the purpose of the same punctual sale to Warner Bros. Discovery.

The agreement shows that Mondo TV confirmed the efficacy of the strategic choice of distributing high quality programs produced by third parties, according to a model that guarantees margins for the Company and essentially eliminates the investment risk, proceeding to finalize the purchase only after certainty of the downstream sale.

The license provides for the acquisition by Warner Bros. Discovery of free television rights and the so-called catch-up rights.
