Fitch Ratings has assigned new ratings to Banca Akros all of which in the investment grade category

The agency's ratings are aligned with those assigned last April to the parent company Banco BPM, which evaluated positively factors including: revenues, risk profile, funding, capitalization and quality of management

Milan, 23 September 2022 – Today, the rating agency Fitch Ratings (hereinafter "Fitch") has assigned the following new ratings to Banca Akros, Banco BPM Group's Corporate & Investment Bank.

Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR)/Outlook: "BBB-"/"Stable" Short-Term IDR: "F3"

The new ratings and Outlook of Banca Akros, which are all in the investment grade area, are aligned with those assigned to the parent company Banco BPM.
