Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 19 September – 23 September 2022

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 26 September 2022

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 19 September and 23 September 2022 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2021 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 13,000 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.041% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.1171 per share, for a total of Euro 14,522.85.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 19 September and 23 September 2022 are enclosed.
