Milano, 26 settembre 2022 – Orsero S.p.A. (la "Società") rende noto che sono state messe a disposizione del pubblico sul sito internet della società www.orserogroup.it , alla sezione "Investors/Patti parasociali", e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" le informazioni essenziali, nonché il relativo estratto concernente il rinnovo delle pattuizioni parasociali tra FIF Holding S.p.A. e Grupo Fernandéz S.A. aventi ad oggetto le azioni della Società, contenente anche l'avviso della scadenza del previgente accordo parasociale.

L'avviso ed estratto del patto sarà inoltre pubblicato sul quotidiano "Il Sole 24 Ore" del 27 settembre 2022.

NOTICE OF FILING OF DOCUMENT

Milan, 26 September 2022 – Orsero S.p.A. ("Orsero" or the "Company"), informs that the essential information, as well as the related extract concerning to the renewal of the shareholders' agreements between FIF Holding S.p.A. and Grupo Fernandéz S.A. regarding the shares of the Company, also containing the notice of expiry of the previous shareholders' agreement, have been made available to the public on the Company's website www.orserogroup.it, section "Investors / Shareholders' agreements", and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" .

The notice and the extract will be also published on the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" on 27 September 2022.
