Net Insurance: Updates on the so-called story of the "Augusto bond"
Rome, 1 october 2022 – Net Insurance, following the press releases of 24November, 2021 and 8 June 2022, announces that it has learned of the signing on September 30, 2022 between Augusto S.p.A. (hereinafter "Augusto") and Domus S.r.l. for the sale of the majority stake in Aedes SIIQ S.p.A. as announced by the same company Aedes on behalf of Domus S.r.l.
In relation to this, the Company also announces that today the communication has been received from Augusto S.p.A., in which the latter, following the sale agreement with Domus S.r.l., represented that it will be in a position to settle and then will pay the sum of € 3.8 million provided in the Conciliatory Agreement, immediately after the closing of the transaction and the simultaneous collection of the price, however expected by the end of the year.
In this regard, it is recalled that the deadline for payment of the conciliation agreement was originally set for 30 September and Augusto defaulted.
The Company will in any case continue to assert all its creditor reasons in the appropriate legal offices.
