Net Insurance: AM Best places rating "under review"

Rome, 7 october 2022 - Net Insurance, following the press release of 16 September, announces that, today, the rating agency AM Best has placed the rating "under review" with possible "development implications" following the full takeover bid on the Company's shares and warrants, as announced on 28 September.

The rating will remain "under review" until the closing of the transaction announced on 28 September.
