Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 3 October and 7 October 2022 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2021 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 4,000 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.013% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.0313 per share, for a total of Euro 4,125.27.
Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 3 October and 7 October 2022 are enclosed.
