Arco, 13 ottobre 2022 – Aquafil S.p.A. [ECNL:IM] è lieta di annunciare che da oggi le azioni ordinarie della Società sono quotate sul mercato OTCQX Best Market, una piattaforma di negoziazione statunitense gestita da OTC Markets Group, con il ticker "ECNLF".
Aquafil è la prima società italiana a concludere l'operazione che comporta il cross-trading delle sue azioni ordinarie negli Stati Uniti e in Italia. Infatti, come anticipato dalla Società nel comunicato stampa pubblicato il 12 maggio 2022, le azioni ordinarie della Società continueranno a essere negoziate sull'Euronext STAR Milano con il simbolo ticker "ECNL".
L'OTCQX Best Market è il mercato più prestigioso dell'OTC Markets Group, una piattaforma dedicata alle società internazionali che mirano a aumentare ulteriormente la propria visibilità e negoziabilità al di fuori del loro mercato domestico. L'OTCQX offre una piattaforma di supporto trasparente per la negoziazione in dollari statunitensi delle azioni ordinarie Aquafil S.p.A. durante gli orari di negoziazione negli Stati Uniti, consentendo un accesso più agevole agli investitori che preferiscono titoli negoziati in valuta locale su mercati nazionali. Il cross-trading sull'OTCQX mira ad ampliare la base di investitori di Aquafil e a dare un sostegno ulteriore alla liquidità sull'Euronext STAR Milano.
Si specifica che questa operazione non costituisce un aumento di capitale, non saranno emesse nuove azioni ordinarie e Aquafil S.p.A. continuerà a negoziare sull'Euronext STAR Milano con il simbolo "ECNL".
