GENERALFINANCE: CHANGE IN THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Milan, October 13, 2022 - Generalfinance (the "Company" or "Generalfinance", GFIN.MI - ISIN IT0005144784), supervised financial intermediary specialized in factoring, announces the following change to the financial calendar. The Board of Directors set for the approval of the additional periodic information as at 30 September 2022 will also be called upon to approve the 2022-2024 Business Plan.

Below is the calendar of corporate events for the year 2022, which incorporates the change:

November 4, 2022	Board of Directors' meeting: approval of the additional interim financial information
	as at September 30, 2022 and the 2022-2024 Business Plan.
