**Rovereto (TN), 21 ottobre 2022 – Glass To Power S.p.A**. ("**Glass To Power**" o "**G2P**" o la "**Società**"), produttore di vetrate fotovoltaiche le cui azioni sono ammesse a negoziazione sul sistema multilaterale di *Euronext Access Plus Paris*, rende noto che il Consiglio di Amministrazione del 20 ottobre 2022 ha nominato il Presidente, Francesco Meinardi, quale amministratore delegato della società, confermandogli la piena fiducia del Board.

**Rovereto (TN), 21 October 2022 - Glass To Power S.p.A. ("Glass To Power"** or **"G2P"**  or the **"Company")**, manufacturer of photovoltaic windows whose shares are admitted to trading on the *Euronext Access Plus Paris* multilateral system, announces that the Board of Directors of 20th October 2022 has appointed the Chairman, Francesco Meinardi, as CEO of the company, confirming the full confidence of the Board.
