Rovereto (TN), 21 ottobre 2022 – Glass To Power S.p.A. ("Glass To Power" o "G2P" o la "Società"), produttore di vetrate fotovoltaiche le cui azioni sono ammesse a negoziazione sul sistema multilaterale di Euronext Access Plus Paris, rende noto che il Consiglio di Amministrazione del 20 ottobre 2022 ha nominato il Presidente, Francesco Meinardi, quale amministratore delegato della società, confermandogli la piena fiducia del Board.

APPOINTMENT OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Rovereto (TN), 21 October 2022 - Glass To Power S.p.A. ("Glass To Power" or "G2P" or the "Company"), manufacturer of photovoltaic windows whose shares are admitted to trading on the Euronext Access Plus Paris multilateral system, announces that the Board of Directors of 20th October 2022 has appointed the Chairman, Francesco Meinardi, as CEO of the company, confirming the full confidence of the Board.
