Milano (MI), 2 novembre 2022 – Saipem informa che è stato iscritto presso il Registro delle Imprese in data 31 ottobre 2022 il trasferimento della sede legale di Saipem S.p.A., da San Donato Milanese, Via Martiri di Cefalonia, 67, a Milano, Via Luigi Russolo, 5.
Il verbale del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 26 ottobre 2022 e lo Statuto sociale aggiornato (art. 3) sono disponibili presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.saipem.com - sezioni "Governance - Documenti", presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Milano (Italy), November 2, 2022 – Saipem informs that the transfer of the Saipem S.p.A.' Registered Office, from Via Martiri di Cefalonia 67, San Donato Milanese to Via Luigi Russolo 5, Milan, was filed with the Register of Companies on October 31, 2022.
The minutes of the Board of Directors meeting held on October 26, 2022 and the revised Articles of Association, as amended (art. 3), are available at the Company's Registered Office, or they can be downloaded from the Company's website www.saipem.com, under the sections "Governance – Documents", from Borsa Italiana's website (www.borsaitaliana.it) and from the authorised storage facility "eMarket STORAGE" ().
